All Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax on all orders.
CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME: Items are shipped to arrive by the “need by date” selected at checkout, *ONLY IF the requested date is after the advertised 4-5 week production timeline. (Example: if you purchase on April 15th your order will ship on or around the week of May 15th if I am not operating by need by date) During busy seasons I tend to operate by need by date so please consider this when selecting your date because if you select a date 4-6 months out, it may take that long to receive if I am working through a very high demand. A rush service is available to purchase if you are on a time crunch (see below for details.)
I make every effort to ship orders out at least 1 week prior to the due date (1 month for International orders.) They are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL and include tracking info (tracking not available for international orders unless purchased by buyer) – shipping time is approx. 2-5 days for US orders (USPS does not guarantee the 2-3 day delivery so I always try and allow at least 5 days for delivery), and 2-4 weeks for international orders.
**An email will be sent via Stamps.com to the email address on the Etsy account once the item has shipped to let you know it’s on it’s way. I am not responsible for any hangers delivered late if the delivery deadline is not specified in the note to seller portion of the cart. This also pertains to previous conversations. With a large amount of orders, I cannot be expected to remember individual conversations.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ETSY AND PAYPAL ADDRESS IS CURRENT. I will ship to the address EXACTLY AS SHOWN on the order. Please do not provide a home address and PO Box address on the same order as I will not be able to decipher which one it should ship to.
Once it leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the USPS. We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or misrouted packages. If it is sent to the wrong address it will be your responsibility to pay for additional shipping or replacement hanger costs. You may request insurance if any of the above is a concern to you.
If an order is marked “SHIPPED” over 5 days, we advise to check with your Post Office directly and let them track down the package.
When shipping internationally, we do not have a tracking number, or any delivery time guarantees. You are purchasing at your own risk as we have no control over the international shipping service. We advise to allow for completion, at least two to three (2-3) months before needed. Please contact us directly to purchase Priority or Express shipping if you wish (will run around $35-$100.) Please note that once it leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the USPS. We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or misrouted packages. If it is sent to the wrong address it will be your responsibility to pay for additional shipping or replacement hanger costs. You may request insurance if you like.
Refunds and Exchanges
Get Hung Up wants to make sure you are happy, and will strive to give you the best customer service and best quality products. However, all Get Hung Up products are made to order and are personalized for each customer therefore no refunds are allowed. We ask that you review your order details (spelling, date, color, etc.) before your order is submitted. If your product arrives damaged (cracked hanger, missing rhinestone, etc. *not shipping damage*) or there is a mistake (spelling error, wrong date, etc. that is our fault) we request that you contact us within 5 days after receiving the hanger and send us photos of the damage or mistake and we will gladly remake your product and with shipping costs on us. Please reach out to me if there is any problem with your order BEFORE posting any negative feedback. I will always do my very best to resolve any situation
*Hangers cannot be refunded due to the variance in wood finish or paint color. For example, the walnut color may range from medium to darker brown and the light oak color can range from a light blonde to a medium honey color, just as no two pieces of wood are exactly the same. Every effort will be made to select similarly colored hangers for multiple orders. Please rest assured that hangers with significant staining and/or warping issues are considered a defect and will not be used in your order.
*Hangers cannot be refunded due to paint colors. Paint colors are represented in the listing photos. Every effort has been made to photograph the hangers in natural light so the true color is represented. The Tiffany Blue Hanger is a basic aqua paint as there are several variations of “Tiffany Blue.”
*Hangers cannot be refunded due to wire strength, color or manipulation of letters. As advertised in each listing: wire is bendable for manipulation of letters and therefore when not handled with care the wire could possibly be bent out of shape. Get Hung Up, LLC is not responsible for mishandling after shipment. Since each hanger is handmade to order the look of the wired letters may vary from listing photos due to the order and flow of letters is different in each name. But overall the wiring will have a flowing and cohesive look when completed.
